Telehealth Therapy

We offer telehealth therapy for those who prefer the convenience of online or phone sessions. Telehealth allows you to access high-quality psychological support from anywhere in Australia, whether you live remotely, have a busy schedule, or simply feel more comfortable attending therapy from home.

Sessions can be conducted via a secure video platform or over the phone, depending on what works best for you. We strive to ensure that telehealth sessions—whether by video or phone—are just as engaging, supportive, and effective as in-person therapy.

Supervision for Psychologists and Mental Health Professionals

Lucent Psychology also offers clinical supervision for psychologists and mental health professionals. Both Natasha Shalala and Sheena Takacs are Board-Approved Supervisors, providing supervision for psychologists working toward full registration, Clinical Psychology Registrars, and psychologists wanting to deepen their therapeutic skills. We welcome any mental health professional seeking reflective, supportive, and skills-based supervision, regardless of their primary therapeutic approach.

Sheena is also an accredited Schema Therapy Supervisor and offers supervision for psychologists completing their Schema Therapy certification.

Supervision sessions are available in person or via telehealth.
